The information you provide is necessary to organise the event you are attending, to issue invoices, to confirm your registration by e-mail, to produce your badge and to allow you to modify your registration (legal basis: performance of the registration contract). Your data may also be processed on the basis of the organiser's legitimate interest: to promote its activities by informing you about them, to present offers from partners and sponsors relating to this event, to obtain analytics about this event, and to facilitate networking by displaying your name and organisation on the list of attendees. You may object to these processing operations at any time. Your data are retained only for the time necessary for these purposes and are not transferred outside the EU. I consent to the processing of health- or belief-related data (food allergies, medical or religious dietary requirements, reduced-mobility or other accessibility needs) that I choose to provide, for the sole purpose of arranging suitable catering and access. This information is shared only with the caterer and venue and is deleted after the event.

I consent to being photographed and/or filmed during the event, and to the use of these images and recordings by the organiser for the reporting, archiving and promotion of the event (website, social media, conference proceedings and the resulting open-access book). This consent is optional, does not condition my registration, and may be withdrawn at any time by writing to 50y1stwfd.colloquium@gmail.com; withdrawal does not affect uses made before the request.
